专利摘要:
The process retouches the edges of components of wood, chipboard etc., coated with material and particularly as used for furniture components, using a colouring fluid stored in a pressure vessel with filters and valve. The fluid is delivered in sufficient quantity at a pressure of 0.04-0.08 kg/sq. cm. to the edge tobe retouched, and after the fibres of the coating material have been saturated it is drawn off and returned in a closed circuit to the vessel again, where it is separated from the transporting air.

专利说明:

The invention relates to devices for retouching the edges of wood or wood parts, as well as other coated materials, which are used primarily for the manufacture of furniture and interior decoration of buildings. In this case, the coating implies a wide variety of solid single- and multi-layered Kakbu-Yu Maga materials, fibrous webs and others made of a carrier material, lacquered, or treated with a finishing agent and pasted onto parts in periodic or continuous ways. In this case, the edge is understood to be the line, where the various surfaces of these furniture parts or interior decoration of buildings intersect at any angle, mainly at 20 angle 90. The edges of these coatings of the parts in order to give them a convenient shape are made oblique or rounded. Rounded edges require additional coloring or retouching. 25
vanilla to match the color of the surface of the coating material. Edge retouching is done manually. At the same time, the quality of retouching and productivity largely depend on the skills of the worker. In addition, it is necessary to manipulate the parts or additional devices are required for lifting, turning and moving the workpieces.

[1]
There is a known method that allows performing this operation with the help of machines, on which a continuous method is applied to the narrow surfaces of the parts and which are additionally equipped with an assembly that performs retouching also in a continuous way. Similarly to etching and painting the surfaces of products for this purpose, liquid dye is applied with rollers to the rounded edge of the products. In this case, the dye is supplied to the containers and the dosage is carried out with the help of metering rollers and / or by suction using a felt strip. The disadvantage of these devices is that the quality of retouching or coloring of beveled or skewed edges is not achieved according to the requirements. A continuous monitoring of the health of the devices is required. This is due to various factors. For example, the elasticity and durability of the roller overlay material is decisive for applying paint, since due to the linear application of fluid from one side, the paint rollers wear out very quickly, on the other hand, it is necessary to constantly adjust the pressing force of the rollers to ensure uniform application of paint. In addition, in order to ensure high-quality paint application, the profile of the beveled or rounded edge should not be changed. The decisive factor is also the absorbency of coating materials applied to the wide and narrow surfaces of the parts. Difficulties in this regard arise, in particular, in the event that absorbability fluctuates, which is caused by a variety of factors. Insufficient or abundant color leads to the formation of spots. In devices with a moistening felt, the paint applied to long parts is insufficient. The purpose of the invention is to achieve, when retouching, the automatic supply of the required amount of paint, taking into account the above possibilities, to achieve a uniform application of paint and to avoid applying excess paint to the parts. Units of which are subject to minimal wear, which are simple in their technical design and do not require constant monitoring of serviceability. According to the invention, the problem is solved by applying a method for which a known diffusion effect is used. It was found that high-quality retouching is possible if, on the one hand, liquid ink is sufficiently supplied to the edge to be retouched, on the other hand, if after saturation of the fiber, excess paint is removed and returned to the pressure vessel in a closed cycle. On the basis of this technological solution of the problem, a device was found that supplied liquid paint at a pressure of 0, 08 kg / cm from the vessel through a supply pipe provided at the outlet with a slit nozzle to the retouching edge. In addition, this slit nozzle has a second discharge pipe of a correspondingly larger diameter, in which there is a negative pressure with respect to the specified overpressure and which forms a closed circulation system with the liquid paint vessel. The discharge pipe is inclined into the pressure tank, thereby achieving a centrifugal effect, whereby the liquid separates from the transporting air. In order to properly position the supply pipe with a slit nozzle and a discharge pipe, said assemblies are placed in the jumper shoe so that the liquid paint exits symmetrically on the retouching edge. In addition, in case of stationary placement of this probe shoe with inlet and outlet piping, said probe shoe is installed in a movable holder. This movable probe holder is necessary because the edges of the part are retouched in a continuous fashion. A device for retouching edges is placed stationary, which is associated with the passage of parts that are retouched edges past the device. Four retouching systems are connected to the pressure tank: this allows you to simultaneously retouch all four edges in a continuous fashion. FIG. 1 shows a retouching device with a pressure tank, inlet and outlet pipes S with a probe shoe, a cross section; in fig. 2 - the same, in detail; in fig. 3 a retouching device at the level of a slit nozzle, top view. A probe shoe 5 with air channels 6 is located near the part 12 with a wide and narrow surface on which the coating material is applied. In addition, in the probe shoe 5 there is a discharge pipe k covering the supply pipe 2, the outlet of which is made 59 in the form of a slot nozzle 3- Through the filter 9 and the valve 8, the supply pipe 2 is connected to the pressure tank 1. The discharge pipe t is in an inclined position from above into the pressure tank, where the connection for the pipe 7 leading to the vacuum is also located th pump. A strainer 10 is also installed in the pressure tank 1. The principle of the edge retouching device is as follows. Through the valve 8 and the filter 9, the liquid paint 11 from the pressure tank 1 is fed through the supply pipe 2 to the left nozzle 3 at a natural pressure of about OjOi-OjOS kg / cm. In this case, the edge 13 of the part 12 is moistened with liquid paint 11 in such a way that the paint 11 is absorbed until the material of coating 1 is embedded in the fiber cutting sites during the previous milling (diffusion process). Excessive and therefore excessive paint 11 returns through the discharge pipe k, which is under vacuum, into the pressure tank 1. By introducing a mixture of air and liquid paint in an inclined position into the pressure tank, the paint is separated from the transport air (centrifugal effect) Formula 1 A method of retouching the edges of parts made of wood or wood particles or other materials that are coated. used predominantly in the manufacture of furniture and in interior decoration of buildings using liquid paint stored in a pressure tank, which is also characterized in that liquid paint under pressure O, Ot-0.08 kg / cm is supplied in sufficient quantity to the retouched edge 13, and the excess liquid paint upon reaching the saturation of the fiber of the material of the coating 1 is sucked off, returns in a closed loop to the pressure tank 1 and the fact that in the pressure tank the liquid paint is separated from the transport air.
[2]
2. A device for carrying out the method according to claim 1, characterized in that for storing liquid paint 11 there is a pressure tank 1 with a supply pipe 2 connected to it with filter 9 and a valve 8, that the outlet of the supply pipe 2 is made in the form of a slot nozzles 3, that around the supply pipe 2 in the zone of the slot nozzle 3 there is a discharge pipe and the fact that the aforementioned nodes are mounted on the probe shoe 5 with air ducts 6, and also because the discharge pipe k is included in the pressure tank 1 in the sloping n The position and that it has a pipe 7 for connection with a vacuum pump.
[3]
3. Device according to claim 2, which is tactile in that the probe shoe 5 is spring-loaded mounted in the holder 15 with the springs 1b. It is recognized as an invention according to the results of the examination carried out by the Office for the Invention of the German Democratic Republic.
